This online resource is dedicated to the Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos in the village of Chaчково, located in the Minsk region. The village is approximately 30 kilometers west of Minsk. The first church in Chaчкоvo was built in connection with the appearance of an icon of the Mother of God on the banks of a small river in the early 18th century. The church functioned until the closure of the Old Settlement parish in the 1930s, which it was a part of. After World War II, there was no church in the village of Chaчкоvo. The revival of church life began in 1997 when the congregation decided to establish an independent parish and consecrate land for the construction of a church. Unfortunately, the process of restoring the parish came to a standstill.
