To use the service, a purchase or service must be made at a point of sale, which can either generate a QR code for payment or allow payment via a free QR code. In the first step, the user scans the QR code, which then redirects them to a payment page. In the second step, the payment is processed through the ERIP system using a bank card or mobile banking. After a successful transaction, the user receives a notification in Viber, and the payment is recorded in their personal cabinet and admin panel of the website. Additionally, SMS notifications can be arranged through a separate contract with an SMS aggregator.
