This website is an aviation company based in Minsk, Belarus, operating under the name РубиСтар (Ruby Star). The company was established in 2000 as an air cargo sales agency, working under agency contracts with various airlines. Some of these partnerships continue to the present day. In 2002, the company underwent significant structural reorganization to transform into an airline itself. After passing certification by the Civil Aviation Administration of Belarus and the State Committee for Aviation of Belarus, the enterprise received its Operating Certificate, allowing it to operate as an airline. Later that year, it obtained international registration and ICAO notification, resulting in the assignment of the three-letter code RSB and telephone code RUBY STAR, enabling regular and charter air transport services on both domestic and international routes under its own call
