The website is a central electronic catalog of the libraries of Belarus, a distributed automated search system and a national information resource that brings together the largest libraries of Belarus. It offers free access for institutions of the Republic of Belarus interested in creating and using corporate information resources. The system aims to coordinate and cooperate with libraries and information institutions in Belarus to establish and maintain a national system of cataloging of documents, forming corporate bibliographic resources. The Belarusian communicative format of bibliographic and authority records in machine-readable form is recommended for exchange between participating libraries. The platform uses the Web Content Viewer (JSR 286) for content delivery.
