The website provides a means for users to submit registration applications for these resources, whether they are individuals, businesses, or independent entrepreneurs. As of January 9, 2015, registration has become a paid service. The cost for registering an internet resource is a one-time fee, payable upon submission of each registration application, according to a specified pricing schedule.
