The website message.belta.by is a form designed for site visitors to submit messages to BelTA, a Belarusian news agency. The form includes fields for required information such as surname, name, patronymic, subject of the message, phone number for callback, agreement on personal data processing, and email address. The message text has a minimum length requirement of three symbols. Users can also attach files to their messages, with a maximum size of 200 kB and supported formats being gif, jpg, png, txt, rtf, pdf, doc, docx, odt.
