--- The website Records.by is dedicated to creating and maintaining an informational registry of Belarusian national records, administering, verifying, recognizing, and promoting them through mass media and social networks. The registry includes exceptional achievements of Belarusian citizens, companies, and organizations in various fields of human activity such as science and technology, sports, agriculture, production, cuisine, architecture, services, culture, and others. The project aims to contribute to the further development of the country, protect the rights of record holders, and enhance the positive image of the Republic of Belarus on the international stage. Similar projects have long existed in neighboring countries and in the USA. To make a notable statement in Belarus, individuals or organizations can submit and register a record application. After a preliminary review of the application by experts, a record file is opened, and additional conditions and evidence requirements are sent to the applicant
