The web project "Message.belta.by" is a site where visitors can send messages to BelTA, a Belarusian state news agency. To use the site, users must undergo SMS authentication by entering their international phone number, including country code, mobile operator code, and phone number. Mandatory fields for messages include surname, name, patronymic, message topic, phone number for callback, consent to personal data processing, and email address. The message text field has a minimum length of three characters. Users can also attach files up to 200 KB in size in formats including gif, jpg, png, txt, rtf, pdf, doc, docx, odt, and gif.
