--- The portal haimerl.by is a website management platform for users and administrators of .BY domains. It provides access to two interfaces: Site Administrator and User Administrator. The Site Administrator interface enables domain owners to manage their website's security, traffic reports, user accounts, data backups, and email services. The User Administrator interface allows account holders to manage their account information, back up and restore files, and send and receive emails. Web sites are servers connected to the Internet where users can publish HTML pages for public viewing. Anyone with an Internet connection can access and view these pages using a web browser. To create a Web page, users can employ HTML authoring tools or write the HTML code themselves in a text editor.
