--- The portal u3a-online.by is an online educational platform for the development of potential in people of older age. It offers free access to various courses and webinars with expert teachers from different countries. The topics cover a range of interesting and important themes. The website provides accessibility to all, with free attendance for students. Currently, there are several ongoing courses, including Psychology Diary, Alphabet of Finance, Travel Online, Organization of Space, Algorithms of Care, Psychological Health in the Context of COVID-19, and Legal Literacy. The platform also features a section for volunteers and has been in operation for seven years. There are over 150 students and 100 volunteers who have graduated from the program. The project is run by the Belarusian Association of Social Workers.
