--- The web project "Republican Centre of Human Problems" is a scientific-methodological institution of Belarusian State University focusing on theoretical and applied issues in the field of occupational psychology. The centre conducts research on human potential for socially significant professions and extreme types of activity, addressing questions related to staffing, personalized education, and the development of professionally valuable qualities. The project offers a diagnostic complex for identifying key personality traits in demanding careers and extreme work environments. It also develops methods and produces equipment for enhancing self-regulation skills based on the biofeedback technique, and creates small-scale chemical technology for agricultural and food industries. Furthermore, the centre designs and manufactures vibration training devices to maintain and boost physical and intellectual stamina in contemporary workplaces.
