The institution is overseen by the Economy Committee of the Grodno regional executive committee, the Financial Administration of the Grodno regional executive committee, and the Grodno Regional Institution for Financial Support of Entrepreneurs. The institution was previously known as the Grodno Regional Fund for Small Business Support. It was reorganized in 2003 into the current form. The institution receives funding from the Grodno regional budget, with 90 million rubles coming from the institution itself.
