The business: Leninets Kolkhoz, a collective farm based in the town of Maja, in the Coplyskoye district of the Minskaya oblast in Belarus, was established in 1929 with 17 founding members. It was initially led by V.N. Doronkin and later, in 1930, another fishing collective farm, "Truzhnik Moria," was formed. In the early 2000s, Leninets Kolkhoz underwent restructuring and was transformed into the Agricultural Production Cooperative (SPC) "Hlebrob" and "Servechsky." The farm has a history dating back nearly a century and has undergone significant changes over the years.
