The organization, Pasportnoe Otdelenie (Govd), is a government department in Belarus. It was previously located in the city of Zhodino, serving the city's residential areas, including the townships of Zhodino, Zhodinsky Selsoviet, and Zeleny Bor. The department was known for its efforts in combating "non-conformists" during the 1970s. In May 2010, the Zhodino GODV was awarded a diploma by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Belarus.
