ВЕРХОВНЫЙ СУД РЕСПУБЛИКИ БЕЛАРУСЬ

This enterprise is the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus. It is the highest judicial body in the country and is responsible for hearing and deciding on cases of constitutional significance as well as appeals from lower courts. The court also issues rulings and decisions on various legal matters. The court's jurisdiction covers all general courts in Belarus, including the regional, city, and district (city) courts. The Plenum of the Supreme Court reviews materials on the generalization of judicial practice and statistics and makes decisions accordingly. The Supreme Court, along with the Constitutional Court and the Highest Economic Court, can hold sessions in other locations when deemed necessary.
