The business: The State Museum of Military History of the Republic of Belarus was established by decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in 1993 to preserve and popularize military history and the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus. It is one of the largest museums in Belarus dedicated to the history of the Great Patriotic War. The museum has several branches, including the Museum-Estate of Francishka Bogushevich 'Kushlany' and the State Museum of the History of Theatre and Musical Culture of the Republic of Belarus. The State Museum of Military History of the Republic of Belarus is a significant repository of relics from the Great Patriotic War and a major center for civic-patriotic education.
