This company is the Moscow City Duma, the legislative assembly of Moscow City. Its composition consists of 35 deputies. From 1993 to 2001, deputies were elected through single-member constituencies. From 2005 to 2009, 20 deputies were elected through party lists. The Moscow City Duma regulates its procedures and operations through a regulations document, last updated on October 22, 2007. In March 2010, the Moscow City Duma passed a law on comprehensive natural resource management in Moscow. Children with limited health abilities will be able to attend any school or university in Moscow, according to a law passed by the Moscow City Duma in May 2010. In the 2010 Russian local elections, United Russia and the Communist Party emerged as winners.
