This organization is the Investment Committee of the Union State, an institution responsible for implementing investment policies in the interest of rational labor division and environmental protection within the Union State. It has no authority to provide budgetary funds for investment purposes, as per the established order of the Union State budget. The Investment Committee is required to exit the list of founders of the Fund for the Development and Realization of Investment Programs "Investment Committee of the Union State" and State Unitary Enterprise "Union" within one month. The organization maintains functional Internet resources for the Union State, including the Russian Internet portal "Union-Info" and the Belarusian informational-analytical portal of the Union State. A new project, the Internet-gazette "Time of the Union," has been launched. The Union State Council of Ministers, represented by its Premier, has announced this commitment.
