Svitanak OAO is a large open joint-stock company that has been recognized as one of the major enterprises in the Republic of Belarus for producing knitted clothing from cotton. The company was awarded a government prize in 2001 for its achievements. Svitanak OAO sells its products domestically through its own retail stores and nationwide network, and exports to Russia through its own trading houses and major dealers.
