The portal rating-portal.by is a Belarusian website dedicated to evaluating the quality of services and administrative procedures provided by organizations in Belarus. It features 13,411 registered organizations, 159,549 registered users, and 799,580 completed questionnaires. The portal aims to give citizens an accessible way to express their opinions on the quality of services delivered by government organizations, which in turn helps to improve the quality of public services. The rating system created from these evaluations provides an additional incentive for organizations to enhance their service to the public and contributes to the development of an open dialogue between the government and the population.
