The organization is a collective farm named 'Kolhoz XX S`ezd KPSS' located in the Krasnaya Dubрова district of the Rechitsky region in Belarus. It was named after the 21st Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. The farm was established in the late 1960s and included a milliard (thousand million) dollar project that brought about a lake where fish were bred, a park, and two-story houses with modern amenities in the central settlement of Dятэле. The farm also operated a million-dollar aviation company named after the 22nd Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
