The organization, Komitet po upravleniyu gosudarstvennym imushchestvom i privatizatsii vitebskogo oblispolkoma (Committee for the Management of State Property and Privatization of Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee), is a government entity in Belarus responsible for managing state property and overseeing privatization in the Vitebsk region.
