ХРАМ СВЯТОГО ПРЕПОДОБНОГО СЕРГИЯ РАДОНЕЖСКОГО

The organization is a religious institution named ХРАМ СВЯТОГО ПРЕПОДОБНОГО СЕРГИЯ РАДОНЕЖСКОГО, or the Church of the Holy Prepodobny Sergiy Radonezhsky. It is an archpriest's residence, and houses an icon of the saint with a relic, crafted by monks from the Troyce-Sergieva Lavra in 2006. The church was established in September 2000, with land allocated for its construction by the Goмель city council. The feast day of the church is on July 18, celebrating the discovery of the saint's relics. The national bank of Belarus has issued a commemorative coin featuring the image of the saint.
