This enterprise, Bobcat, is a Russian company, "Кировоградский завод твердых сплавов," specializing in the production of a wide range of tverdykh splavov (hard alloys) cutting tools, rezcederzhateli (cutterheads), and components for working on various surfaces. Established in Belarus in 1991 as an official dealer of the American firm Melroe, Bobcat has since grown to become a leading manufacturer, with a history tracing back to 1958 when the idea for creating the precursor to the current Bobcat technology was conceived by MELROE. The company's product line includes mini-excavators, skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders, and telehandlers used for construction, landscaping, and agricultural applications.
