This enterprise is the culture department of Chaussky District Executive Committee, which in 2008 integrated the Chaussky District Film and Video Network. The district's centralized club system has created five collectives with the title 'folk.' In 2010, a teacher from Bobruisk and a collective from the Artistic Handicraft School in Goretsk District were awarded Presidential Prizes of Belarus. The district received nine petitions from citizens demanding immediate attention. The goal is to promote Belarusian cinema in the region.
