This enterprise is the Republicans' Homoeopathic Society within the Belarusian Medical Association of Physicians (БелМАПО). It is part of the Belarusian Association of Doctors and was founded in 1999. The society is headed by its leader, who also chairs the Republican Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Health. The society is comprised of approximately 100 homoeopaths and operates one state homoeopathic polyclinic in Vitebsk. Each doctor carries a stock of around 1,000 homoeopathic remedies, while there are ten times as many on the Western European market. The society was included in the Belarusian Association of Doctors as part of a joint decision by the Ministry of Health and the Republican Homoeopathic Society.
