This enterprise is a "Children's Home of Family Type," also known as a "Warm Home" or "Foster Family," which accepts up to 10 children, including orphans and those without parental care, into a family setting for their upbringing. The creation of such a home requires approval from the local educational committee within five days of the application. The children are integrated into the family over the course of one year following the decision to establish the home. The goal of related programs is to identify children in need of care and establish family-type children's homes. The decision to create a family-type children's home is made by the local executive committee.
