This enterprise is a city organizational structure of the voluntary society "Dobrovol'noe obshchestvo sobstvennoy pomoshchi armii, aviatsii i flotu" (DOSAAF) in the city of Novopolotsk, Belarus. It is one of the largest organizations in the city with over 92,000 members. The organization has departments for education, youth affairs, physical culture and sports, tourism, and the BRSM youth organization. It also has a financial department that works with the Novopolotsk city executive committee.
