This company is the State Archive Division for Scientific and Technical Document Processing. It is responsible for the scientific and technical processing of documents for preservation in the state archive. The description of and systematic categorization of documents are recommended to be done using a card system. Scientific and technical documentation selected for transfer to the state archive is excluded from corresponding inventories. An archive inventory, which is a reference book created after the description and scientific and technical processing (further referred to as NTO) of documents, describes the storage unit of the scientific and technical documentation. The costs related to the preparation of documents and their transfer to state storage, as well as the elimination of defects during scientific and technical processing and transportation, are borne by the organizations transferring the documents.
