The enterprise, Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts Library, is a part of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts. The university was visited by the first secretary and the temporary Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Gerardo Estrella Martinez, in 2007. The library's theme for the year 2008 was 'University library in the electronic environment: technologies and innovations'. The saved copies of the library's websites from 2007 and 2009 provide additional information. The university also houses the Belarusian State University of Informatics and the Belarusian State Academy of Arts in Minsk.
