This enterprise, Фонд Пострадавших От Нацизма (Fond Postradavshikh Ot Natsizma), is a charitable organization that provides financial assistance to victims of Nazism in Belarus. It was established in response to Austria's voluntary payments to over 4,300 Belarusian victims of Nazism in 2008. The Austrian Reconciliation Fund was created that same year to facilitate these payments. Since its inception in 1993, the Belarusian Republican Foundation "Vzaiemopozhannie i Smyrenie" (Friendship and Reconciliation) has provided financial aid to over 140,000 victims of Nazism, totaling approximately 190 million German marks. The funds have been used to help those affected by fires and floods and to support former
