The Kinovideotsentr (Video Center) of the Culture Department of the Gluboksko District Executive Committee in Belarus offers information about a project from the National Commission for Children's Rights in which the Education Department of the Gluboksko District Executive Committee and a labor and recreation camp "Fenomen" of Middle School No. 31 were winners in 2006. The project provides conditions for studying the native language, culture, and geography of the country.
