The Pervomaysky District Department of the Interior (Otdelenie okhrana pervomajskogo rajona) is a law enforcement agency in the city of Minsk, Belarus. It is headed by the chairman of the Veterans Council of the Pervomaysky District Department of Internal Affairs, V. K. Pechersky, and the first deputy of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk, V. L. Rudishkin, who is also the head of the criminal militsia.
