Pinskij gorzdravotdel is the Pinsk city health department. According to a printed organ of the Administration of the President, the department signed off on all medical institutions in the city using budgetary funds. Attention was drawn to the fact that the department purchased three copies of 'Soviet Belarus' in Pinsk for therapeutic purposes.
