The web project "Marketing Operating.amkodor.by" is a feedback form for evaluating customer satisfaction with the products of holding company "Amkodor" in Belarus. Visitors are asked to choose an application form: one for the purchasing decision maker (LPR) and another for the person responsible for the product's operation. The form includes a questionnaire about the satisfaction level and significance of several product-related factors: cost, delivery times for the product and spare parts, product assortment, industrial design, advertising materials, current product quality, and compatibility with potential buyers' requirements. Users rate their satisfaction and importance of each factor on a three-point scale, with options ranging from "Excellent" (3) to "Neutral" (1) to "Poor" (1). The form also includes the option to go back or continue.
