The organization "Committee for Labour and Social Protection" department for the organization of assistance to disabled persons and pensioners, is a division of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Belarus. It participates in organizing sanatorium-resort treatment for non-working pensioners and disabled individuals. The committee also forms a cadre reserve, organizes staff training, and conducts qualification improvement and internships for its employees and subordinate organizations regarding labour and social protection. Annual information on the progress of these activities is reported to the regional executive committees by the end of January. The organization also provides outdoor living assistance to pensioners and disabled individuals in remote rural areas, once a week. These services are referred to as "Mogilevoblbyt". The Rogachev District Executive Committee's Labour, Employment, and Social Protection Department is responsible for implementing social-domestic services for pensioners
