The company was established in 1951 as a repair and construction office, which later expanded its services and in 1958 created a department for communal services. In 1963, the Combine of Communal Services was established, including a bathhouse, hotel, water supply section, landscaping, housing fund, and an administrative office with a staff of 29 people. In March 1980, Uvarovich Combine of Communal Services was merged into Buda-Koshlevsky Combine.
