This online resource is an electronic journal for equipment accounting on a business premises. It enables users to maintain a database of equipment, including detailed information about the equipment, its owner, and the periodicity of inspections. Users can filter equipment by name, serial or inventory number, and location, and automatically track inspection due dates. The system allows users to export the filtered equipment list to an xls file, manage users in the system, and grant them various permissions. It also stores information about all past inspections and repairs, maintains statistics and rankings of equipment owners, shows all changes made to the system with the time and author, and saves documentation related to the equipment in the system. Users can print labels for laboratory equipment containing information about the last and next due inspections. The application is a multi-user web application hosted on the server.
