This company is the Committee for Economy and Market Relations of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee. It is responsible for the approval of names of commercial organizations in Mogilev Oblast. The committee was established according to a resolution of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee from August 2007. The main executive body for entrepreneurship and investments in Mogilev Oblast is the Mogilev Regional Territorial Committee for Entrepreneurship and Investments, with the Committee for Economy and Market Relations serving as a co-executive. The committee has also collaborated with China. The head of the committee from 2000 to 2007 was the financial management chief of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, and from 2007 to 2009 he was the deputy chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.
