The organization, Милейковский сельский испоlнительный комитет, is a local government body based in Belarus. It is responsible for the administration and execution of various tasks in the Milleykovsky rural district. The committee oversees several educational institutions, including the Milleykovskaya, Bullenskaya, Busyazhskaya, and Grivdenkaya schools, as well as cultural facilities such as the Grivden rural cultural center, the Rackevich rural club, and libraries in the villages of Milleyki, Busyazh, Grivda, and Sakovtsy. The committee's budget and financial matters are managed by the financial department of the Ivacevich district executive committee. The monument "Воины народного ополчения Октябрьского района" was erected in 1964 in front of a residential building
