language: ru The portal is a secure reporting system for insurance clients. It requires authorization through a digital signature certificate issued by the Information and Publishing Center for Taxes and Fees or the National Center for Electronic Services, or through a user account provided by Belgosstrakh's branch office at the client's registration location. The system does not currently support authentication with a basic attribute certificate or mobile digital signature certificate. Users without a digital signature certificate can use their account to log in. The portal includes a user guide and reference information in the 'Help with Authorization and Submitting Reports' section. Assistance with authorization and contact information can be found in the respective sections.
