The website is a specialized state educational and sports institution named "Vitebsky Oblastny Center of Olympic Reserve for Rowing Sports." Established in August 2011, its goal is to create favorable conditions for the training of athletes in rowing sports as part of the state programs for their development in Belarus. The institution is situated on the right bank of the Western Dvina River and consists of three buildings, ranging from two to six floors high. It is equipped with modern sports equipment, including two fitness halls and a sports hall for various games, a sauna, and a pool for training with a volume of 51 cubic meters, featuring a rowing machine simulator. Additionally, the complex includes a 61-bed hotel "Parus" and a 100-seat cafe "Wave," with 48 seats on the open-air terrace
