The representative of the Minsk city executive committee of the Republican center for population's rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort treatment, as well as the Kamenets district executive committee, oversees the issuance of these passes. The center procures them through tender. The organization also provides passes for A.M. Harkovec and sanatorium-resort treatment for the military personnel and their families through the central commission for rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort treatment of the main department of commanding internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
