The web project "Open Doors. A UNFPA and 'All Possible, Inclusive Sports Team' Project on Autism Issues" presents a series of stories about young people with autism living in our shared community. It is a collaboration between UNFPA and 'All Possible, Inclusive Sports Team'. These stories reveal the challenges young people with autism face in fully realizing their rights and participating in society. According to WHO, one in 100 children has some form of autism spectrum disorder, a figure that varies in different studies. People with autism often struggle to fully engage in various aspects of life and contribute to society. The project tackles themes relevant to this challenge, including the transition to adulthood, inclusion in the workplace, and quality education, among others.
