--- The web project "Operational-Analytical Center at the President of the Republic of Belarus" is a governmental organization responsible for regulating activities aimed at ensuring the protection of information containing state secrets or other information protected by law from unauthorized and unintended access. The Center operates under the Constitution and legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus. It provides information on its activities in the sphere of cybersecurity and information protection, a secure internet, lottery activities, and electronic interactive games, as well as efforts to combat fraud on communication networks and citizen and legal entity inquiries. The Center also offers recommendations for state institutions and a plan for checks on technical and cryptographic information protection. New tariffs for certain works related to technical and cryptographic information protection took effect on April 1, 2026. National Cyber Exercises have been conducted by the National Cybersecurity Center.
