ШКОЛА ЗВОНАРЕЙ

The organization "ШКОЛА ЗВОНАРЕЙ" (School of Bellringers) is a religious educational institution established in January 2000 under the blessing of Metropolitan Filaret, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, in the territory of the parish of the Icon of the Mother of God "All Sorrowing Joy" in Minsk. The school offers bellringing training. It has been mentioned in various news articles since 2007, where it is stated that students from different Belarusian eparchies including Minsk, Polotsk, and Vitebsk, completed their studies. The school also announced new student enrollments in 2009, 2010, and 2016. Bellringing is an ancient tradition believed to have spiritual significance. Notable bellringers include Ily
