This website is a portal for rating the quality of services and administrative procedures provided by organizations in the Republic of Belarus. It features a database of 13,323 registered organizations, 161,447 registered users, and 812,878 completed questionnaires. The portal aims to provide a accessible means for citizens to express their opinions on the quality of services provided by state organizations, ultimately contributing to the improvement of public services. The ratings generated from these evaluations create an additional incentive for organizations to enhance their performance and promote open dialogue between the government and the population.
