profcom

The web project "profcom" is the primary affiliate organization of the Belarusian Professional Union of Workers in Education and Science (BPSWES) for the personnel of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank (BGPU). The site adheres to the Union's charter and is guided by industrial, general, and other legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus. Profcom BGPU ensures the protection of members' rights and interests, promotes the preservation of health and the creation of healthy and safe working conditions, and fosters social partnership. For members of the Belarusian Professional Union of Workers in Education and Science, the collective agreement and industry agreement apply.
