The business Chervень is a small town located in the Miniskaya oblast of Belarus, serving as the administrative center of the Chervensky district. Its first recorded mention dates back to 1387. From the early 15th century, the estate of Iguemen was under the ownership of the Kiezhgaylovich family. The town is named after the Belarusian word for June. In 1923, Iguemen was renamed to Chervень. In 1969, Chervень saw the opening of a milk factory. A memorial park with a cannon on a hill was established in 1976, commemorating the liberation of Chervenschina from Nazi occupation.
