The portal is a non-commercial, volunteer organization called "Симуран" (Simuran), which has been engaged in the search for missing persons in the entirety of the Homel Region, Belarus since September 2012. The team cooperates closely with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities, but does not replace them. Volunteers of the Search and Rescue Team "Симуран" provide assistance in locating missing individuals without any personal gain. The team does not charge for their search services and operates solely on the contributions of volunteers and donations. Currently, the organization is seeking office furniture for a new training facility for volunteers. Required items include desks, cabinets, chairs or tables, bookshelves, bulletin boards or flipcharts, multimedia projectors, shelves, floor mats, printers, and various office supplies such as paper, ad
